We hope you love your SOFSET pieces, but we understand that sometimes the fit isn’t quite right.

Returns & Exchanges

For orders shipped within the U.S., we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In their original condition
• Returned with all original tags attached

Eligible items may be returned for a refund to your original payment method or for store credit.

All orders shipped outside the U.S. are final sale.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to be processed and appear on your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us through our returns portal within 7 days of delivery.

Please include photos of the item and your order information so our team can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
